News, forthcoming events and much more information are in the February newsletter.
The January meeting of the book group was very successful. Despite lots of nibbles, Prosecco and chatting, we managed to choose our books for 2015. It is a very interesting and varied list of subjects and authors. We all agreed that as well as being great fun, the book group has widened our reading experience.
A second sugar craft group will be starting soon. Watch this space. If you are interested contact Sylvia Gardner or Christine Craig.
Lots is happening this month so read all about it in our latest newsletter!
A reminder that subs are due this month. Payment details are on Page 3 of the January newsletter.
The Programme of Events for 2015 is now on the website. Look at the Future Events page to find out more about the exciting and interesting things that have been planned. With the various visits, the quiz in March and all the subgroups it will be a busy year! The Programme of Events calendar will be available at the January meeting.
Happy New Year everyone and my best wishes for a healthy and fulfilling 2015. I look forward to catching up with you at our meeting next week. The line dancing is much needed exercise for me after the long holiday! Christine x
It’s been a lovely year. Thank you everyone for making our WI such a warm and welcoming group. Have an enjoyable Christmas and see you in January. Christine x
The year has flown by. Our new committee is in place and we have a great programme of events to look forward to in 2015. There’s lots of news in this month’s newsletter.
The weather was sunny but cold and the coach on time – an excellent start to what proved to be a great day. Bath is a lovely city and the area around the Abbey looked very festive with the wooden Christmas stalls especially as the daylight faded. Thirty three of us went and we had a really enjoyable time. Thank you Amanda for organising the trip.
